- Full Payment is required within the time frame promised -
maximum 2 days.
- If we did not receive any payment within 2 days, the items
will be released back for sale.
- No booking allowed, it is on a first come first serve basis.
- No backout buyers. Without any reasonable excuse,
backout buyer's name will be blacklisted for the next
booking.

3. Shipping & Delivery :-
- Our shipping & delivery will be done every Wednesday and
Friday. Order received with payment by 10pm on Tuesday
will be sent on the next morning and order with payment
received by 10 pm on Thursday will be sent on the next
morning. Oder with payment received after the time and day
stated will be posted on the next delivery day.
- Ship to Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore. Other than stated,
we will advise the cost of shipping later.
- No cash on delivery.
- All postage will only be couriered via PosLaju service.

4. Return Policy
- We have made the quality check prior sending to you,
however if there is any quality problem, you may return to
us the item.
- Item will be replace with the same one if available, else, we
will change with similar item. We will inform you via phone.
- All postage charges borne by customer.
